The Stamping Through the Catalogue girls invited me to be Guest Designer this month. It’s such a pleasure and a joy to create for them and see them CASE my card.
With a completely blank canvas to create with all I’d like, I decided to pull from the Fond of Autumn Bundle. I love how you can create a wreath from almost any image and here I show how with smaller images.

It’s the smaller images within a set that often go unnoticed, so I decided to use only these for this card. Starting with a light pencil drawn circle, I set to heat embossing my sentiment off set to one side. I liked how the sentiment stuck out from the wreath as if overhanging.

Each die cut image was first stamped onto Soft Sea Foam cardstock, so that it’s boarder would be lost with the background. Coloured using our alcohol Blends Pens, I added shading to the acorns where the image shows.

Scattering these images around in a circle, I was able to see where the gaps were for a generous scattering of embellishments.
Simplicity can sometime just hit the mark and I was pleased with how this card turned out. I also particularly love what the girls each created. You can see their LIVE video share over on their Instagram site. It sure is fun!.
