Welcome to the Stamping Sunday Blog Hop where this month we share inspiration from the Sale-a-Bration offering. I make use of the Driving By Stamp Set.
Welcome to our Blog Hop today and to a month where we share inspiration using products from the Sale-a-Bration Promotion. My absolute favourite is the Driving By Stamp Set for the vehicles within. The VW Beetle and Camper Van are just so cute that this set is a must have.
I set out for a polka dot background but chosen to create this faux embossed look with die cut hearts. These hearts came from the Sweet Hearts Die pack that also provided the Banner Die.
Having fallen in love with the Sports Event Dies, I just had to make use of the large tickets within for my focal points. I trimmed off the top and bottom scalloped corner edges for this first card and added a striped bottom using Blends Pens.
Stamped using Black Memento Ink and coloured with Pool Party and So Saffron Blends, before fussy cutting. This car could be used for an 18th or 21st celebration, passing a Driving Test or even a Wedding. Its a wonderful image.
By cutting the Banner panel in half, allowed me to create a skinny sentiment banner.
The same colour card base and matting layer were used for this second card that I die cut with a fun arrow die. I thought this looked like tyre tracks, so teamed so well with these vehicles.
This Ticket die is the perfect size for both vehicle images. Alcohol Blends Pens were used in Pool Party and Flirty Flamingo. A fresh So Saffron sentiment banner helped give a fresh lift to this card.
