Back to school with Just a note

If you want to get ahead then you too could create some Back to School cards using Just a note.

I created this card, just for fun, as I could see this oversized pencil pair nicely with the Just a note Bundle.

The Rosette Die from the Around we Go Die set offered the perfectly scored and scalloped layers for my pencil. The Bull Dog Clip shape, die cut from Silver Foil, offered a great pencil top that was capped off with Pretty in Pink.

A triangle of Crumb Cake made for the perfect pencil tip that was coloured using a Black Bends pen.

Layering my die cut paper sheet onto Countryside Lace DSP, offered just enough interest to the background.

The apple from Choose Happy, may not be to scale, but it certainly added to this fun card.

A white Baker’s Twine bow was added to a Silver Foil Die Cut paperclip. For contrast,  a white on black sentiment was heat embossed.

A fun little card with plenty of breathing space, it just makes me smile.
