Last week’s Facebook Live saw me get creative with some new upcoming products from Stampin’ Up! With the mini Catalogue on the horizon, I set to playing with the Sweet Citrus stamp set.
I was beyond excited to see that we had a Citrus Stamp Set in the New January – April 2023 Mini Catalogue. I love working with Citrus images and colours and couldn’t wait to get home to ink this one up.
Using a card layout received in Vienna as inspiration, I set to work using a colour palette recently used for the Global Design Project.
Blending both blue ink colours onto Balmy Blue cardstock and through a mask onto Basic White, a moody background was achieved. Splatting with water and white ink, made for a juicy, watery vibe.
Stamping my Citrus fruits onto Shimmery White Cardstock, toned down the vibrancy of the white, making for a more realistic look.
A white on black heat embossed sentiment added to the bold vibe of this card.
