All Star Tutorial Hop – Blackberry Beauty

The All Star Tutorial Design Team have been playing with the Blackberry Beauty Suite for this month’s Tutorial.

Welcome to this month’s blog hop, where we are sharing our inspiration using the Blackberry Beauty Suite.

This stunning suite of products are showcased in the July-December 2021 Mini Catalogue and feature some stunning autumnal colours. The Stamp Set, Beauty of Tomorrow, offers some wonderful sentiments and the Dies are simply to die for. I’m sharing a creation made using the Papers, the Stamp Set and the Ephemera Pack for the purpose of today’s hop. My Tutorial Project however, features more of the stunning leaf die that comes as part of the Beautiful Leaves Dies.

Using Versamark Ink, I first set to repeatedly stamping the largest sentiment in the set all over the Blackberry Bliss card base. Very subtle, you can hardly see this but it just takes the plainness away from that layer. Cutting a matting layer of cardstock, covered with Designer Series Paper, I elevated this with Dimensionals to the centre of my card base.

Cutting down the largest Tag from the Ephemera Pack, allowed me to use it as a sentiment panel for this much smaller sentiment. To help pull everything together, I chose to Heat Emboss this sentiment with Gold Embossing Powder. I then set to surrounding the panel with various pre printed flourishes and peppering with Gold Foil flowers.

A scrap of Gold Ribbon and a Linen Thread Bow, helped to finish off the tag element of this card before scattering Rhinestones throughout.

Wanting to extend this sentiment further, I decided to add a stamped layer to the inside of my card.

Using a matting layer of Cinnamon Cider, I then used our Stampin’ Write Markers to ink up this image before stamping. By Heat Embossing the sentiment extension Gold, I was able to pull it together with the front of the card.

I really enjoyed creating this card for you today and playing with some pre printed elements found in the Ephemera Pack. I wanted to show how you don’t always need the entire suite to make something beautiful. This Ephemera pack costs just £5.50 and I’ve loads left to create another card or two.
