Today I share some Gift Packaging for Valentines Day making use of the Hearts of Elegance Bundle. I know that Christmas is very much on people’s minds but sometimes it’s nice to think of something different. I for one, like to get ahead where things like this are concerned.

The largest Die Cut Heart was used to mat a smaller stiched layering heart that I blended Ink around the edges. This helped give a beautiful focal point for my sentiment, stamped using Black Memento Ink.
Using Real Red Ink, I stamped the flower onto both sides of the Real Red Two Tone cardstock. Stamping Tone on Tone and using this two-tone cardstock, helped bring differences with the flowers that still coordinated. To bring that lift and shimmer, my leaves were stamped and heat embossed Gold before die cutting.
The threads of the Twisted Twine were separated to bring a totally different feel to the Gold Thread used.

Gold Heart Sequins were used to tie in with the gold heat embossing and gold thread used. The heart was mounted upon the largest of the white Gift Paper Bags.
To add further interest to this bag, I added a strip of Gold foil around the top and die cut several Real Red Hearts from Two-Tone Cardstock and adhered them around the top to simulate a scalloped edge.

The Largest Heart was die cut from Two-Tone cardstock and folded to encase a little Be Mine Love Note. Some twine secured by a raised Heart Embellishment. The folded heart wrapping around the note, creates the little envelope you see me holding here.
Will you be ready for celebrating your Valentine and hitting the ground running when the New Year starts?
