I recently created this card for my husband for Father’s Day. I teamed up Count on Me with the now retired Shark Frenzy for this clever Mirror Technique.
Die cutting the heart shape aperture first, enabled me to see where to stamp the Bear on the inside. Our Blends were perfect for colouring in this bear.
With the Bear set up on my Stamparatus plate, I repeatedly stamped him onto my Silicone mat. By repeatedly stamping in the same place on my silicone sheet, I had a great coverage to transfer onto cardstock. Adding a piece of Shimmery white cardstock to my silicone sheet, I once again stamped the bear for the last time before fussy cutting him out. By stamping onto the silicone sheet and transferring onto cardstock, has the image stamp in reverse.
The hat and bag you see used on the female Bear, came from the Shark Frenzy Stamp set, that’s sadly now retired. They fit perfectly and look super cute.
The sentiment I added on the inside comes from the stamp set, A Good Man and that on the front, the One for the Guys Kit.
