You Can Create it with Masterfully Made

You Can Create it this month with our Papercraft kit and Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper.

Our August 2023 packet furnished us with two pieces of Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper, to accompany our incidentals packet.

Taking half the sheet of Berry Burst Card stock, I mat and layered a white card base. A full layer of Designer Series Paper was added with some detail of a folded corner.

Stamping a variety of flowers from the Colour and Contour Stamp Set with Black memento, colour was added. Sticking with the same colour palette as the paper, Stampin’ Write Markers were used to colour in the solid image of each flower.

A simple sentiment was stamped with Black Memento Ink onto a panel of Basic White cardstock. A flash of More Dazzle cardstock gave a splash of shimmer.

Fussy cutting each of the flowers with paper snips, they were positioned in a cluster across my card.

My second card focussed on a large sentiment from the Good Feelings Stamp Set. Each line of text was inked up with a different colour of ink to coordinate with my Designer Series Paper. Using the side of your Stampin’ Write Marker Brush tip, not only protects your nib but also helps to avoid puddling in open spaces. This technique allows you to mix up the colours of your sentiment, as I’ve shown.

A flash of the More Dazzle card stock was again used to edge my sentiment.

Two bright and cheerful chards that allow the papers to be the backdrop and spring board for my creations which I hope you like.
