Cheerful Daisies Birthday Card

This month’s class showcased the Cheerful Daisies Bundle and this was one of the cards we made.

Teaming Soft Sea Foam with our new In Colour Moody Mauve proved a beautiful combination. The Cane Weave Embossing Folder was used to create a textured panel.

Using Moody Mauve, we stamped 2nd generation flowers to a white matting panel. Using the Cheerful Daisies Dies and Moody Mauve, we cut the detailed flowers and layered them up. The top layer of these flowers was die cut from the Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper.

Wild Wheat is the perfect colour for the centre of our flowers and we used the ink upon Wild Wheat Paper. To help balance the colours, we stamped some leaves using Mossy Meadow and die cut them. The same green cardstock was used to die cut some sprigs and added to our floral cluster.

A loop of neutral ribbon sits behind the sentiment panel and some loose sequins were scattered to complete this card.
