Around the World on Wednesday – On an Adventure

Today we’re going Around the World on Wednesday as we go on an adventure.

For me, I take you on an adventure down a High Street in a neighbouring village. Riding by the florist that sits there, my husband, who loves to ride his bike needs a little pick me up. Grieving the sad loss of his mother, he is in need of better days ahead. This fun card sang to me and is perfectly fitting for him.

The fun Les Shoppe Designer Series Paper offered the perfect images to cut and adhere to my card. Stamping and heat embossing a shop beside it, gave the illusion of a row of shops without taking away the focal point.

The fun came when I added the Fox riding his scooter from the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper. Such a fun little image that looks perfect teamed with these papers.

A die cut street lamp at the corner gave just enough detail without the card becoming overwhelming. A simple heat embossed sentiment sits along the road and speaks of better days ahead.
