Welcome to the Creation Station Blog Hop, where this month we’re going Simple and Sweet.
If you’ve hopped over from my dear friend Elizabeth Price, then I know you’ll have already been spoilt with inspiration.
I remember starting paper crafts with a Stamp and coordinating punch, which is what I wanted to showcase here. The Sweetest Cherries has been a fun bundle that I’ve been playing with a lot recently.
The basket weave image, inked with Crumb Cake made the perfect boarder for this card. Two shades of red, Real Red and Merry Merlot stamped perfect juicy cherries. Merry Merlot was the perfect colour shading to add with a dauber to the Real Red Cherry.
Two shades of green were used to stamp and punch the leaves. Balmy Blue gave a fresh lift for the sentiment.
Using Designer Series Paper
Adding a layer of Design series Paper helped to step this card up a little. Edged using a panel of stamped Basket Weave.
Stamped and punched cherries were scattered down the card front and peppered with dainty flowers. These flowers were stamped and die cut using the Sweet Citrus Bundle. A large bold and fun sentiment sits centrally on this card.
I hope you like my duo of Sweet and Simple cards for my share today.
Do ensure you hop on over to see what Kathy Kartak has to share.
Thanks for stopping by, enjoy the rest of the hop today.
