When all you need is a Ray of Light, it’s worth turning to the Stamp Set of the same name. A stamp that I’d not inked up, I decided to have a play.
This card came together so quickly, starting with a Daffodil Delight card base and matting layer. Using the Stamparatus to hold my stamp, I inked up the image with Daffodil Delight ink before pressing my matting layer onto it. This layer was stuck flat to my card base.
Using the Basic Borders Dies, I cut on opposite sides of a panel of white cardstock to form clouds. Two of these layered up and adhered over the centre of the Ray of Light gave a great backdrop for a sentiment.
This sentiment came from the Good Feelings Stamp Set and was heat embossed Black on white. This helped give a beautiful glossy look to this sentiment that would have otherwise looked flat. With such a simple card, its detail like this that helps lift your project to the next level. This sentiment is actually much bigger but fussy cutting allowed me to pick out the section I wanted to use.
A final scattering of Glossy Dots Embellishments and my card was complete. A card that offers such good feelings. If you’d like to purchase any of these items, just click upon the image you see below to be taken to my online shop.
