All Star Tutorial Hop – Abigail Rose

The All Star Tutorial Design Team have been playing with the Abigail Rose Suite for this month’s Tutorial Bundle.

This blog hop is to share even more inspiration using this amazing suite of products. These projects are NOT the projects you will find in the Tutorial Bundle itself but additional ones.

This month we are creating with the Abigail Rose Suite. A beautifully elegant suite of florals and muted coloured Designer Series Paper.

For this project, I decided to switch things up a little and bring in some punchy colours. Three colours I had already sat upon my desk were Coastal Cabana, So Saffron and Flirty Flamingo. Almost sorbet like in their colour palette, I decided to team these with the muted greys from the papers.

A simple leaf background allowed this fabulously bold, White Heat Embossed sentiment to sing. This sentiment came from the Good Feelings Stamp Set and in these colours, appears sings happiness.

Stamping and Die Cutting a small selection of flowers and leaves, I added these, uncoloured to my card. Not wanting to detract from the colourful sentiment, I kept everything else muted. One final scattering of Opal Rounds in coordinating colours and my card was complete.
