Stampin’ Fancy Friday – Sketch Challenge

The Stampin’ Fancy Friday share a Sketch Challenge this month.

Welcome to the Stampin’ Fancy Friday Team Challenge, where this month we work from a Sketch. I interpreted this layout with images in place of each of the circles.

Working with the Fond of Autumn Stamp set and the flowers, I set to colouring them with Watercolour Pencils. I don’t use water with my pencils but simply colour dry and blend, blend, blend. Stamping the image at first with Black Memento Ink, I set to slowly colouring.

Die cutting these images, I set them aside to work on the flower pot stamped from the Simply Succulents Stamp Set. These images were set upon a wash of Daffodil Delight upon Watercolour Paper. Once dry, I added detail and interest by die cutting with the Stitched Whimsy Die.

A White Heat embossed sentiment upon a Crumb Cake banner gave a soft addition to this card.
