This card was shared during a recent Facebook Live, giving inspiration using the Brewed for you Stamp set and Cheerful Basket Bundle.
It’s always good to see a stamp set used in a different way. I wanted to pair up the Cheerful Basket set with something using the apples. Knowing a few who enjoy this drink, my first thought was that of Cider.
Stamping the basket with Black Memento allowed me to colour using our Blends Pens. Using second generation stamping, I stamped the glass and die cut using the coordinating dies. Using second generation stamping again, I added the contents of the glass using Crushed Curry. This colour gave a lovely golden cider colour.
Wanting to ensure the glass appeared see through, I stamped the basket on to the die cut glass and coloured to appear the same as the basket behind. The glass was then raised on Dimensionals to help add depth.
The stripy paper came from the Tea Boutique and worked well with these colours. The sentiment was stamped using the new Starry Sky Ink.
I hope you have enjoyed my share today. If you’d like to see me create this card, along with another, you can still see my Facebook Live on Replay HERE.
