You Can Create it with New In-Colors

You Can Create it this month with our Quarterly Papercraft kit and the New In-Colors 2022-2024.

This month’s kit we are creating with three of the fabulous new In-colors from the New Annual Catalogue.

Welcome to Parakeet Party, Tahitian Tide and Orchid Oasis both Cardstock and Glimmer Paper. There really doesn’t look much here to play with but teamed with our incidental packet and a whole load of inspiration, you’ll be amazed at what you can create.

Using Die Shapes

Using just these colours and the new Stitched Stylish Shapes Dies, I set to work cutting three sizes of circles. Taking the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder, I embossed a selection of the circles, leaving others blank.

Using tone on tone stamping, I took the same colour ink and stamped flowers over the remaining cardstock circles. The new Sending Smiles Stamp set had this wonderful mix of tiny flowers and slightly bigger flowers.

The sentiment came from the same Sending Smiles Stamp set and was die cut with a long die from the Sending Dies. Another new In-color, Starry Sky, was used to stamp the sentiment.

Adhering some circles flat, some overlapping and overs raised on Dimensionals, I created this wonderful formation. From the scraps I had left, I die cut the tiny flowers that I used to scatter as embellishments.

The mix on Stamped, Embossed and Glimmer circles brings lots of interest and texture to the card.  I hope these cards have inspired you to get creative with your Circle Shape Dies and a stamp set and embossing folder.
