Stampin’ Creative – Masculine Makes

Welcome to this month’s Stampin’ Creative Blog Hop where this month we share Masculine Makes. I’ve inked up a new Bundle from the upcoming Annual Catalogue called Brewed for you.

A perfect set for my Husband’s recent Birthday, I added both a Cold Beer and a Glass of Red Wine.

Starting with a Basic Grey card base and matting layer, I stamped the Beer Glass all over the Matting layer using Basic Grey Ink. This is a simple way of creating a patterned background.

On Basic White cardstock, I again used Basic Grey Ink and stamped the Beer Glass, the foam and the wine glass. The Stamp Set offers solid images so that you can fill your glasses. I stamped Bumblebee Ink for the Beer and Merry Merlot for the Wine before die cutting all images.

TIP

Once die cut, I took the Beer Glass and contents and stamping off, I lightly stamped part of the image across the wine glass. This helped show through to the image behind once stacked together.

Using the new Stitched Style Dies, I die cut a large circle of four used colours and snipped down into sections to complete a circle. This panel was elevated on Dimensionals across a Black Twine Bow with the glasses set on top.

A simple white on black heat embossed sentiment was then added to complete my card.

A fun stamp set that I feel sure will be used on many an occasion … and I look forward to creating with it more.
