With Easter on the horizon, your mind might be thinking towards Easter cards. Immediately my thoughts turn to Daffodil Daydream as a bundle most fitting.
A Pool Party cardbase forms the backdrop to this card. I randomly stamped, tone on tone, using two of the images from the stamp set over the card front. Taking a Blending Brush, I added a hue of Pool Party across the mid section of my white matting layer. Black Memento Ink helped make the greeting stand out.
I stamped three lots of the Daffodil images with Black Memento Ink, before die cutting with the coordinating Dies. Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green Blends Pens were then used to colour these images.
Adhering one centrally flat and elevating two on Dimensionals, I was able to create depth of field and add overhang to my matting layer.
A simple little card that I hope you like.
