With One Stamp At a Time this month, we are bringing you Blooms of all kinds.

Welcome to this month’s hop and a month of us sharing our inspiration with Blooms. Stampin’ Up!’s cofounder, Shelli Gardener adores flowers, so it’s understandable why our catalogues are filled with an abundance of blooms. Right now, our catalogue is like opening the door to a florist and it was hard to decide which blooms to use.

With some Hand-Penned Petals Memories & More Cards and Envelopes to hand, I decided to use these. Cutting up an envelope, gave me this wonderful Pale Papaya striped backing paper. The beautiful watercolour wash effect works so beautifully with the watercolour like flowers within this card pack.
Taking Basic White card stock, I die cut two of the fine floral detail shapes to add beneath my white label. Off setting this label to the right and cutting off the edge allowed the flowers to sit on a diagonal.

Flowers often cheer up those poorly and in need of a lift, so this sentiment seemed most fitting on this small Banner piece cut from the Tasteful Labels Dies. Using Black Memento Ink allowed the sentiment to tie in with the line detail of the coloured floral images.

The floral images were fussy cut from a couple of the Memories & More Cards and assembled as a cluster.

This cute treat box was creating using the same Pale Papaya cardstock as my card with the left over envelope paper added to the tops. The embellishment of die cut pieces, blooms and sentiment mimicked the card completely. Other than adding some Crinkled white ribbon, the finishing touches of Linen thread and Genial Gems were the same.

A pretty soft palette of colours that almost looks dreamy and so very feminine.
I hope you’ve liked my share of blooms today and that you’ll find inspiration from all within this hop.
