Love is in the Air today with the Stampin’ Creative Team, as we share inspiration of Love.
Welcome to this month’s Stampin’ Creative Blog Hop where Love is in the Air. I took that quite literally and had my love hearts up in the clouds.
The Basic Borders Die creates this fabulous stitched cloud, which I used with Balmy Blue Ink and a Blending Brush. Blending the ink repeatedly over this and moving the die cut cardstock, I was able to create the blue cloud background. Die cutting a full white card front twice, helped form the top and bottom panel of cloud.
Stamping three watercolour wash hearts from the Sweet Conversation Stamp Set, I added the ‘LUV U’ sentiment over the top. Pale Papaya, Blushing Bride and Balmy Blue were used for this colour scheme. I added a die cut line of open hearts behind the stamped cluster of hearts.
A twine bow and a scattering of Iridescent Rhinestones and my card was complete.
I hope you have enjoyed my offering and that you’ll consider the Sweet Conversations bundle in the new Mini Catalogue. All items used can be found listed further down and are linked directly to my online shop should you need. Do head over and check out what projects the others have to share with us today. I can’t wait to see myself.
