Sometimes we can never be prepared for when Get Well Wishes are needed. I always like to have a batch of Get Well cards made up in preparation for this unexpected occasions.
I made these cards a little while ago and forgot to share the with you. Using the Delivering Cheer Stamp Set and the Tailor Made Tags Dies, I created a set of three matching cards.
The background papers are our In Color Designer Series Papers that helped to add colour and pattern. Stamping the image with Black Memento Ink onto a White Die cut tag, I fussy cut the flowers and the boots to add afterwards. I took my colour palette for each of these cards from the Loose Flower Flourishes. These cute little flower embellishments worked so well dotted within the flower bouquet.
The girls image was coloured in using our Blends Pens, mainly focusing on Soft Succulent, I simply changed up the flowers and boots. The boots I stamped onto a scrap of white cardstock in the Ink colour I needed and added Blends Pens detail over the top. Fussy cutting these then allowed me to stick them to overhand the edge of the tag, onto the vellum matting layer.
The Get Well Soon sentiment came from the Timeless Tulips Stamp Set.
With two more colours within the Loose Flower Flourishes, I couldn’t not make a little set of cards. Polished Pink, Fresh Freesia and Pale Papaya were the colours of the other cards. I thought this image and these colours were quite uplifting which is just the tonic for someone feeling under the weather.
I hope I’ve inspired you to make use of your Delivering Cheer Stamp Set in a way other than just Christmas.
