Stampin’ Creative – Christmas Cheer

Welcome to this month’s Stampin’ Creative Blog Hop where we are sharing Christmas Cheer.

I decided for this theme to pull from some unusual festive colours, pulling from the Blackberry Beauty Suite the seldom used by me, Rich Razzleberry. Edging a matting layer of Designer Series Paper with Gold Foil gave a regal feeling to this card.

This gold layer, paved the way for more golden touches. Taking a layer of Shimmery White cardstock and a Water Painter, I added some organic stripes of Rich Razzleberry. An unusual background to the white heat embossed floral focal point of this card.

The Gold Foil foliage touches were die cut from the Poinsettia Dies, which work well with this suite and echoed shapes.

With the Heat Tool fired up and warm, I decided to heat emboss a white on black sentiment to fussy cut and add randomly scattered.

A simple Elegant Gold Trim Bow and some Adhesive Backed Artistry Blooms sequins and my card was complete. A Christmas card packed with Christmas Cheer.
