Stampin’ Fancy Friday – Fancy Floral Challenge

The Stampin’ Fancy Friday Challenge this month had us creating for a Fancy Floral Challenge.

Yes, this month we’re going all Floral … Fancy Floral, so I decided to pull from a fabulous new set from Sale-a-Bration. Delicate Dahlias is a beautiful FREE set that you can earn with a qualifying order of £90. The big bountiful plume works as a stand alone image or as a cluster, as I’ve used here.

The Pool Party matting layer was embossed using the Bloom Hybrid Embossing folder. Adding texture to the base layer added further interest to what is actually a very simple card.

Using Versamark Ink I was able to Heat Emboss white three sets of flowers and leaves on three different colours. I chose Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight and Flirty Flamingo for some vibrant colours. The leaves were in Granny Apple Green.

Such a simple card layout that sure packs a punch with colour. I really enjoyed playing with this FREE Stamp Set and can see so much more using this.
