Around the World on Wednesday – Fancy Folds

The Around the World on Wednesday Team are bringing you some Fancy Folds this month.

A warm welcome to all and if you’ve hopped on over from my dear friend Aurélie, then you’ll have already been spoilt to some Fancy Folds.

This month, I have created an elegant wallet fold that’s perfect for a card and Gift Voucher/Money wallet in one.

Often used for Wedding Invitations, this style of fold is perfect to house a gift voucher or monetary gift and looks quite special tied with ribbon.

All Inclusive Kit

This project combines the Hello, Dear Friend All Inclusive Kit with the new Basic Borders Dies and the Simply Elegant Specialty Designer Series Paper. The Kit’s stamp set offers this amazing sentiment that would be perfect for a Wedding or special Birthday. Perhaps even tickets to an outing.

Opened up, there is space for a hand written greeting, along with a voucher or monetary gift to be housed safely to the right.

The internal sentiment comes from the Sweet Ice Cream Stamp set but all other stamps come from the All Inclusive kit.

The focal flower is a pre die cut image from the All Inclusive kit that’s been decorated with Blue Adhesive backed Gems. The golden shimmer of these Gems seemed perfect for the colours in this flower.

The Basic Border Dies were used on both layers of cardstock and patterned paper to give the same detail of stitching. These are a new firm favourite of mine.
