The Let’s Get Hopping Team are bringing you some colour inspiration today.
Welcome to the Hop today we’re bringing you a whole host of colourful inspiration. If you’ve hopped on over from our fabulous Eimear then I’m sure you’ve been spoilt there.
When I sat down to find a photo from where I’d take my inspiration, I found myself going through photos on my Facebook Page. Photo after photo of fabulous inspiration but it was this one of me as a school kid that jumped out at me. Immediately I could see the rich colours I wanted to use and the flowers I wanted to recreate.
It was the rich golden colours that I saw and dark green leaves that had me create this card for you.
I saw lots of golden colours and thought of Crushed Curry and Mango Melody, along with Darker seals of green.
Stamping these images on a watercolour paper I then spritzed it with water before die cutting. The leaves were taken from Forever Fern and the backdrop just splattered with Ink.
A touch of grey and black and some embellishments and my card was complete.
I hope you have enjoyed my creations today and that you’ll hop on over to see what the lovely Megan has to offer.
Enjoy the rest of the hop and thanks for stopping by.
