Pure brilliance with Butterfly Brilliance helps to create these fancy swing cards. I’ve shared my Hey Birthday Chick Swing card and now I share this Butterfly Brilliance swing card. It’s amazing how different a card can look using a different stamp set or set of papers.
I loved sharing this card with others during a private Facebook Live. Making use of the Butterfly Bijou papers, I die cut the butterflies to use. One 6″ x 6″ sheet gave me so many to play with that I created all three of these cards. These papers were so popular that they are sadly no longer available. You could stamp and create the butterflies with Ink alone and colour whatever colour you like to create the similar.
I liked how in one corner the butterflies lacked colour and as they flew to the other corner they became full of colour. Look how this opens with a concertina insert to help the front focal panel to swing through the aperture. Carrying over the butterflies from the front of the card, I added yet more inside.
Stood on a shelf you’d see not only detail to the front but also a glimpse from within. A real fun fold that’s a firm favourite of mine.
The sentiments for his card were taken from the stamp set Butterfly Gala, another great coordinating set for the Butterfly Brilliance set. If you’re wanting to add the Butterfly Gala to your collection than you’ll want to act quickly, as this fabulous set is one on our retirement list and has a coordinating Punch.
I hope you’ve enjoyed my little share today and that you’ll consider creating one of these swing cards.

Aww Thank you Karen. I did a Facebook Live that showed how to create this card style. If you take a look at this link and get to 43 mins in (It was a big celebration evening with another card before and after this), you’ll see everything there that you need. I hope it helps xx https://fb.watch/4_MkgRovSd/
