With One Stamp At a Time this month, we are cheering for Birthday’s. For me I teamed the Simply Citrus Stamp set with Sweet Ice Cream for a fruity Birthday.

Welcome to this month’s hop where we’re I show you how to team together two stamp sets to pull a theme together. Stamp Sets from Project Kits can often be neglected so I wanted to create a new marriage.
Thinking of Ice Cream Flavours and zesty Ice Lolly flavours I couldn’t resist but team these stamp sets together. I created an acetate wallet to house a set of three Simply Citrus Birthday Cards on a theme. Oh I did have fun creating these.

Starting with a zesty lemon card, I stamped these Simply Citrus lemons all over the base before. This could only mean a zesty lemon flavoured Ice Lolly. Stamping the slice of lemon onto Daffodil Delight cardstock and adding White Chalk Marker helped bring it to life.

The Opal Rounds from the Sand and Sea Suite helped give the appearance of dew drops.

Keeping the sentiment simple on the outside, I stamped the large Happy Birthday on the inside.

Three citrus colours of Lemon, Lime and Orange brought about a great trio of cool cards.

Which flavour would be your favourite to help celebrate your Birthday? Three Cheers for a citrus lolly.
Enjoy the rest of the hop and all the inspiration that the others within the team share.
