Welcome to the Stampers Showcase where today we give Thanks.
Thank you so much for stopping by today to see what inspiration we share that’s of Gratitude and Thanks.
I have fussy cut some flowers from the beautiful True Love Papers from the Love you Always suite from the Mini Catalogue. Colouring them with some vibrant colours, I wanted a softer background for them to sit upon.
I decided to create a diagonal stripe using strips of Sahara Sand Cardstock that I’d stuck to a matting layer. This gave a soft tonal stripe that I added a simple label panel to before adding the flowers.
A scattering of Artistry Blooms Sequins and a simple Linen Bow and my Thank you card was complete.
I was pleased with the outcome of this card and the simplicity of it. Other than a variety of colours, there were nominal supplies used.
Do take a hop on over to the fabulously talented Jo Blackman’s blog to see what they have created in their offering of gratitude and thanks.
Happy Crafting and stay safe

Mikaela… I am so impressed with the stripey background for your stunning card but i’m sure that, if I tried it, the result would not be anywhere near as neat!! any measurements, tips and tricks would be very much appreciated!!
Oh bless you Lynne. I have a feeling they were 1cm strips that I just lay on the card until I was happy before sticking. I might recreate an element of this in my Facebook Live tonight (Thurs 25th Feb) if that will help you? xx
