Stampers Showcase are all about the Love Baby

Welcome to the Stampers Showcase where today we are sharing a little Love.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. If you’ve hopped over from Annette, then I’m sure she’s shared some fabulous inspiration. I share my inspiration using the new Darling Donkey’s Stamp set that’s a FREE set during Sale-a-Bration.

Immediately, thinking of the theme Love, I pulled out my Many Hearts Dies. These dies coordinate beautifully with a  Stamp Set from the new Mini Catalogue called Lots of Heart. Drawn towards this continual loopy heart that I cut from some scraps of whisper white, I cut several to size. Creating a white matting layer embossed using the Subtle Embossing Folder, gave texture behind the adhered loopy hearts. Using adhesive sheets made sticking these hearts down much easier.

Stamping the Darling Donkey’s with Black Memento Ink, a water-based ink, I coloured them in using our Alcohol Pens. Shades of Crumb Cake and Soft Suede enabled me to colour these characters in using nominal colours. Of course, the rose needed some additional colour though.

Some fussy cutting and layering of these characters enabled them to snuggle in closer. The addition of a simple sentiment, some Resin Hearts and white ribbon and twine banner completed the front of my card. The same loopy heart die gave an unfussy addition to the inside of this card.
