I’m excited to share that the New January – June 2021 Mini Catalogue has now launched. Saturday saw another Online Catalogue Launch Party co-hosted with the fabulous Tanya Rees from Australia.
We were unable to share the inside of the catalogue but now, finally, we can.
We have an amazing new catalogue with products to freshen up our offering. This catalogue will see us right through Spring and into Summer. Hearts, Flowers, Gold Gilding and Chicks, this catalogue offers it all. It even takes us to the Beach for Sand and Sea and Ice Creams.
Customers of mine have had catalogues posted out to them and should be already thumbing their way through their copy. If you’ve not seen a copy, you can view a PDF copy and save it to your device right here.
Whilst drawing up your list of items to order, you might like to consider adding the new mightly Mini Cut & Emboss Machine. Small and compact but perfectly formed and fits beautifully on your desk. I love mine.
For every £45 you spend (before postage), you get to choose a FREE item from the Sale-a-Bration offering. There are some fabulous Stamp Sets and papers to choose from.
This really is a fabulous offer that just keeps giving, plus you’ll get to join in the community spirit of Stampin’ Up! and my own Team, The Stampin’ STYlettes.
Friends are like Seashells
The Sand and Sea Suite from the new Mini Catalogue is an incredible suite of products and one suite that I showcased during a Facebook Live within our Online Catalogue Launch Event.
Changing up the colours from this suite, I created a darker backdrop using Pretty Peacock and the Seabed 3D Embossing Folder. Die-cutting the images using both watercolour paper and the gorgeous Pearlescent paper, allowed variety of texture. I gave a wash of Just Jade and Pretty Peacock to the leaves and rubbed Blushing Bride over the shells. You can fussy cut the shells out from the die to sit them over the matt watercolour paper.
The largest shell was stamped on Crumb Cake Cardstock to add that earthy feel. This sentiment fitted beautifully into the Everyday Label Punch.
Changing things up
I created a second card in the same colours using up some of the unused shells from the first die cut. I randomly stamped shells over a matting layer and embossed with the new Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. Although I liked this card, I wanted to recreate it during the Live in softer, cooler colours.
For this card, I decided to cut a layer of paper that looks like sand, across on a diagonal before adding the Sea paper. This gave a great backdrop to the next embossed matting layer that matched the base in Seaside Spray. This is the same Embossing Folder that I used for the first card but just chose not to die cut this time. Using a dauber, I rubbed Whisper White Craft Ink over the top to highlight some detail. I loved how fresh this card appeared.
If you like these products, you’ll want to check out the rest of the suite on Page 40 of the new Mini Catalogue.
I’d like to thank all who paid to attend our Online Mini Catalogue Launch party. It was most enjoyable to spend the day with so many likeminded crafters and I already look forward to the next.
