You Can Create it with Rainbow Glimmer Artistry

You Can Create it this month with Artistry Blooms and some Rainbow Glimmer, as we share our inspiration for July’s pack.

July’s pack was full of vibrant colour, offering Designer Series Paper from the Artistry Blooms pack, along with Rainbow Glimmer Paper. Basic Black Cardstock is perfect for balancing out the vibrancy. An incidentals pack received each quarter is something that you can also pull from to help you create something quite special.

I wanted to create some vibrant Birthday Cards, one for a male and one a female. Proving that our Rainbow Glimmer paper could be used for a male card, I set to work.

If you back the Rainbow Glimmer paper with our Foam Adhesive Sheet (from the incidental pack) you can die-cut raised letters. Simply adding a strip of coordinating cardstock scrap gave the appearance of stripes of paint, leaving the Glimmer to the letters. A very simple little card but one that’s quite striking.

Thinking of summer sundowners, I decided to die cut a faux sun from the other sheet of Rainbow Glimmer using a new die from our Mini Catalogue. You’ll want to check out our North Pole Wonders Dies for this. More raised Foam Adhesive Sheet allowed the thick die-cut wording to stand out.

These cards are full of colour and fun and showed beautifully how you can use smaller pieces of each paper to create something special.
