Creation Station – Party Animals

Welcome to the Creation Station Blog Hop where today we’re inviting you to all be Party Animals. Yes, this month, we are teaming up some of our wonderful animal products with a party theme.

Come on into the party. If Kathy Kartak, directed you this way, then she’ll have warmed you up nicely for this party theme. I hope you’ll enjoy!

Sadly, not everyone feels happy when another year passes. Our fabulous Playful Pets Designer Series Paper offers some super characters to die or fussy cut. It was the cat in the middle of my card that lead me to the sentiment that I chose here.

This cat looks so fed up and rather unamused at a Birthday party, whereas the other two look like the cat that’s got the cream. I loved how the Birthday cat looked so fed up at the others partying around him. I also love the sombre Gray Granite with the uplifting colour of Flirty Flamingo.

The fabulous papers, that lend themselves to both Cats and Dogs, are so cheerful, even if you’re not a party animal. I made use of the patterned papers to create this fun little party blower treat. Stripes and cat treats made it a fun little treat holder. I made these fun treat holders a while back. If you’d like to see a Tutorial for just how to create them, you’ll find it at the bottom of this post.

The hat and the stars you can see on the inside of the card, can be found in the Zany Zebra’s Stamp Set. I very nearly used this stamp set. Teamed together with the Playful Pets Paper and these Party Animals appeared.

Next up in the party house is Vicki Boucher. I love her style and I’m certain she will deliver some fabulous inspiration.

Thanks for hopping by today. Stay safe and happy partying.
