Today I’m sharing three cards made during a Live crafting session using the Tasteful Touches Stamp set from the In Good Taste Suite.
This set of cards started with the flower that I’d stamped and coloured and couldn’t decide how to use it. A break away from my craft desk freshed my mind and I returned to complete this card.
Neutral tones in the background allow a single coloured flower to shine. Coloured in using our Ink pads and a Blender Pen, these flowers were very therapeutic to colour.
I used the same colours for this second card, Blushing Bride and Rococo Rose and added more texture. The Tasteful Textiles 3D Embossing folder offers a subtle texture that made for a beautiful backdrop.
Four flowers overhanging the edge of the matting layer, were trimmed and adhered randomly, both flat and Dimensionaled. The sentiment for this card came from the Bloom and Grow stamp set and fitted beautifully in one of the label shapes from the Tasteful Labels Dies.
This final card had me stamping on a lighter Shimmery White matting layer for what became a Wedding Card. Some gentle detail in the background offered elegance to this softer card. The sentiment was again taken from the Bloom and Grow stamp set and is a personal favourite of mine for a Wedding Card.
Three quite different cards on a theme and all showcasing this beautiful flower.
