Welcome to the Stampers Showcase where today we’re wrapping you up in Gift Packaging. With so many types of gift wrappings, you’re in for a real treat with today’s offering of inspiration.
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today and taking the time to see my creative inspiration. I have been excited to share some inspiration using the Forever Greenery Suite, from the Annual Catalogue. This exquisite suite of products lends itself to a Gift Packaging theme, so sit back and enjoy!
I’m sure if you’ve arrived from Wendy Lee’s blog, you’ll have enjoyed her fabulous inspiration and I hope to share yet more inspiration using the same suite. The Forever Greenery Suite offers Natures green foliage that can be teamed with so many other products. The papers in this suite on their own are just gorgeous and it was these that I wanted to showcase more so.
The Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper was used to create this darling bag. This is one of the darker pieces of 12″ x 12″ paper with an all-over repeated pattern. With no real direction to its pattern, I thought it lent itself beautifully to this bag.
The Origami fold of this is quite fantastic and was something I saw at a Stampin’ Up! Event On Stage, a few years back. Scored, folded and manipulated to form this beautiful shape, it’s surprisingly held together with just four glue dots.
If it were possible to create an even larger one in leather of this print, It would be the perfect bag for me, I just love it. Leather stitching had me turn to the Stitched Basic Shape Dies to create the gift tag and magnetic closure flap.
The ribbon, gold thread and the gorgeous gold foil laser cut foliage are all from the same suite of products and coordinate with such elegance.
Need a Gift Box?
The dark Garden Green cardstock teamed beautifully with this pattern and makes for a great box base and bag closure.
Quite a sizable box that would be perfect for a beauty product, it hinges to open on a diagonal. The sentiment used on both bag and box came from the Forever Fern Stamp Set within this suite.
Very Vanilla cardstock was the best match for this paper and ribbon with some subtle embellishment behind the label to finish it off.
Projects like these are perfect for showcasing both sides of the papers in a subtle way.
