The Stampin’ Creative Team are creating with our fabulous new In Colors today.
If you’ve hopped on over from one of the other girls, then I’m sure you’ve already been inspired, well Welcome, I hope to inspire you further.
This year’s new In Colors are fabulous. Seldom do we have five colours that work so well together as we have this year. I wanted to demonstrate exactly this with you today, by creating something using all five colours.
I took a sheet of Flowers for Every Season and selected this pattern which represents the new colour, Bumblebee. Wanting a panel of white, I made use of the Greenery Embossing Folder. Enough textural detail without taking away from the focal point.
I turned to the Wreath Builder Dies set to work die cutting from each new In Colour. Just Jade cut three times to create a wreath that I sponged with more of the same colour became my base. More Bumblebee flowers with Magenta Madness centres some Misty Moonlight whispy berries and then I cut a strip of Cinnamon Cider Ribbon that sat here with the beautiful Gingham Bumblebee ribbon.
All five colours used and all sitting harmoniously with each other. A sweet little Anniversary card that I hope you like. Be sure to see what the other girls have in store for us this month.
