Last week had my regular class attendees receive a little Customer Appreciation mail with supplies to make two cards. This week I recreated one of these cards to send out as RAK Cards (Random Act of Kindness). Over time I’ve received some lovely cards from people that I’ve wanted to reply to. I’ve made a lovely batch to finally send out and cheer folk up at this time of isolation.
I showed how to create these cards in last week’s Thursday evening Facebook Live but all these flowers were cut from the Bird Ballad paper. So many clusters of flowers in four different colours each produced the most beautiful batch of cards to send.
I adore this Mosaic background it’s just so fabulous and in Sahara sand, as I’ve shown here, a wonderful backdrop to any focal point.
This Blushing Bride Pink is so beautiflly feminine and soft to the vibrant Daffodil Delight or Calypso Coral shown below. Perhaps you prefer the blue tones?
A layer of Vellum helps give another dimension without a harsh and heavy layer. Soft palettes, textures and tones allow the focal point to really sing.
Which colourway is your favourite? Do you have one?
I really hope you’ll consider a spot of fussy cutting to assemble a wreath or two of your own. Now to get writing and sending these RAK cards. Could one be making it’s way to you?
