The Stampin’ Creative Team are going Monochrome today. A project made in varying tones of only one colour, I’m looking forward to seeing what the Team make.
I’ve recently had Team Members promote so some Team Recognitions have been needed. With the title being that of silver and above, It only seemed right to make my monochrome card with shades of silver/grey. The whole spectrum from white right through the various shades of silver grey to Black.
I have a fabulous Team who are seriously the best, so this just had to be the stamp set I turned to when creating these. Repeatedly stamping this sentiment over the card layer gave a great background and a subliminal message.
To tie in with the Smoky Grey card base, I die cut the stitched star from Silver Foil Cardstock and added further smaller stars created by using the Twinkle Builder Punch.
A silver heat embossed sentiment on Black cardstock and the card was complete. A simple but punchy card that says it all … You are Seriously the Best … Congratulations.
I hope this makes you look at your sentiment stamp sets a little differently and have you make something Monochrome.
