During a recent Facebook Live, I shared some creations using this new product suite. Two Thank You cards for people who had reached out to help my Mum during her period of isolation.

The Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder offers such a deep impression, it’s stunning. The Dies cut beautifully clean and offer real detail to your projects. The little flowers are great for using up scraps and to add minor embellishment. So very pretty.
I wanted one simple sentiment that said it all, so decided to create it with an Ombre effect. To create this you need to do partial second generation stamping. I show this clearly in the video (link at the bottom).
Here I stamped a larger sentiment in the background in a paler colour, Soft Sea Foam and added a cluster of flowers. I liked how the finer more handwritten sentiment caught your eye first.
Stampin’ Up! pride themselves on coordination and here you will see that the stitched rectangle dies nest beautifully into the middle of the Ornate dies here. It’s wonderful when our investment goes that little bit further.
