I’ve recently been playing catching up following a long period off over the Christmas holidays. I felt like I’d been under my umbrella hiding, so it seemed perfectly fitting to get playing with this bundle.
I had quite a stack of Customer Thank you Cards needed. Having seen the most adorable card by Nicole Schlack that included little Ladybugs that inspired me, I set to work. Oh, how I enjoyed creating these … but not half as much as the card that followed, which I’ll share with you in my next post.
It was quite a dreary day when I was colouring in these Umbrella’s and Wellies, so it had to be a pop of Real Red. I actually wanted to colour them an Olive Green, as I’d bought some spotty Green wellies and matching umbrella for my wedding day. Thankfully we didn’t need them, but I had them just in case.
I used our Blends Alcohol based pens, which are great for blending. The spots were added using the White Chalk pen … a nifty little pen to have about.
