The Let’s Get Hopping Hop today are sharing words of encouragement. Sometimes life, throws us Lemons and our friends and family rally around to support us with words of encouragement. In today’s hop we are offering words of encouragement for whatever reason and hope that you’ll like our offering.
If you’ve hopped on over from the lovely Nina, then I’m sure you’ll have enjoyed her share. For me, my share is quite a simple one, with a base card of Soft Sea Foam and a plain matting layer of Whisper white. I decided to add some texture to this matting layer by using the Subtle Emossing folder, but otherwise, quite a clean and simple card.
The die cut element of Band Together makes for the perfect backdrop of these pretty birds. The Bird Ballard paper is just beautiful and you can create some stunning cards simply fussy cutting these birds.
I love this soft colour palette and the collage of the die cut piece against the bird. The matting layer was simply embossed with the subtle embossing folder. A few Rhinestones and a simple stand out sentiment and the front was complete.
I love this sentiment, it’s from the Good Morning Magnolia set – never a truer word said.
