Hello and welcome. It’s my pleasure to be a part of this Blog Hop to showcase the Hugs from Shelli, Paper Pumpkin kit. I feel honoured to have been invited to join this first-ever International Paper Pumpkin Blog Hop. We’ve never had Paper Pumpkin here in the UK, so this exclusive kit inspired by Shelli Gardner herself is exciting.
This Blog Hop is all about stepping outside of the box and showing alternatives that can be achieved with this beautiful kit.
This kit is stunning. The colours are soft, the images elegant and the embellishments, luxurious. You really can create 12 beautiful cards using this kit.
As stunning as these cards are, I wanted to make use of the subtle scripted card to create something different. I took a notecard base and scored in a few places to create this little Gift Box and teamed it up with this stunning vellum feather. Oh, how I love these.
Using the Artisan Textures Stamp Set, I added further ink splotches to the card base using Pretty Peacock Ink. This gorgeous velvet ribbon is in this new In Color and is stunning – you’d want this kit just for this.
I stamped the birds from the inclusive stamp set, onto Very Vanilla cardstock, before colouring in using a Blender Pen and a few coordinating inks. I love how the kit includes its own exclusive Stamp Set. It has some fabulous sentiments in there. I can honestly say that my first experience of Paper Pumpkin has been a great one. I’m onto my second box already and can’t get enough of it.
How to Purchase
You can purchase this amazing kit during May, while stocks last and there is no saying that we’ll see another in the UK. This set is exclusive from Shelli, but we hope for it to be well received and for us to see more in the future. Make sure you use my Club Code at check out on your purchase of this kit to receive a little Thank you from me the following month.
Now hop on over to see what the other International Demos have in store for you.

Beautiful projects!
Thank you Mercedes xx
I just love that cute box you made from the notecard. Do you have directions on how to assemble and score the box? I would love to try this. Thanks for your help.
Glad you are now able to enjoy Paper Pumpkin with us.
Sincerely,
Bonnie
