Today we have a sneak peek from OnStage for you, with a Product Spotlight using Daisy Lane. Welcome to the Stampin’ Creative Blog Hop, were we are showcasing this stamp set that all attendees received at OnStage.
OnStage is a BiAnnual Convention that Stampin’ Up! pull together for us Demonstrators. It’s an amazing event with sneak peeks of new products business tips and FREEBIES.
Daisy Lane was a fabulous All Attendee giveaway that we were all fortunate enough to travel home with. The large Daisy Punch coordinates perfectly with this set, which is fabulous, but I’m holding out for a smaller punch that might just be coming (wink wink).
Now I’m sure that Louise has already inspired you with her offering and I hope to do the same.
Today for me though, I thought I’d get creative with the fern leaves that are in this set.
On a panel of Watercolour paper, I stamped the leaves using Versamark and heat embossed Gold. A wash of watercoloring gave the colour to this card, blending Greens through yellow to red.
I hope you can tell, but the little wood frame I’ve used, has again been heat embossed Gold to tie in with the leaves. The word friend is also heat embossed, but this time in White to tie in with the base card colour. I loved how the iridescent sequin colours were such a perfect match. For a full list of ink colours used, see the product listing further down this page.
This was by far nothing like the card I had set out to create, but I hope you like it. I’m sure as you hop on round the rest of the girls, you’ll be inspired with quite a variety of styles.
Enjoy and don’t forget to let us know what you think. We always love to hear if we’re managing to inspire you.

ooh Mikaela that’s lovely! Do you know I’d never spotted those frames! WOW something new everytime! Thank you!
Thank you Pip. I hadn’t used much from that wood element set other than leaves and hearts, so thought I’d make some use of the frames for this project. I’m pleased you like xx
Like Pip, I’ve never noticed the frames either – just love your card – the blended colours make for such a beautiful background
Thank you so much Eimear xx
