Hello there and welcome to the Alaska Achievers Blog Hop. This month we are sharing an abundance of paper craft inspiration using the Share What You Love Bundle. These fabulous new Stampin’ Up! products are available through my online store until the end of May. After this date, the bundle price will no longer be available … so take a look.
If you follow my blog regularly, you’ll have already seen me share these bundles, so this post is a great reminder and offers an abundance of inspiration.
The Share What You Love Bundles are amazing bundles available until the end of May, where you’ll receive FREE items as part of each bundle. Each bundle offers a little more.
Just Getting Started Bundle is the first bundle and a great bundle for the new comer. You can create some beautiful cards using the free Note Cards and Envelopes and create an abundance more with the Very Vanilla card stock.
A Litte More, Please Bundle gives you similar items as the Just Getting Started Bundle, but gives a little more. Another amazing Stamp Set, more cardstock and a host of embellishments. Just look at that gorgeous Velvet Ribbon and Pearlized Doilies.
Then there is the Gotta Have it All bundle. This bundle really does pack a punch and it’s more this bundle that I’ve pulled from today for my project share.
The Share What You Love Bundle, Gotta Have It All, comes complete with the Stampin’ Up! Statement of my Heart stamp. The mission statement that we Demonstrators follow …
What I’ve loved about being a Demonstrator, are the friendships that I’ve forged along the way. Friendships all over the globe and the friends that I’ve gained through hosting classes and growing a Team. Friendship appreciation resinated with me when I saw this sentiment below in the Love What You Do Stamp Set.
The Designer Series Papers in this suite are just gorgeous and many have a shimmering touch of Pearl to mark the 30th Anniversary of Stampin’ Up! Pearl being the symbol for a 30th Anniversary.
I have taken quite a small length of the velvet ribbon and tucked it under the sentiment panel. At first it was horizontal to the bottom and perfectly lined, but then I asked myself why? Just like friends, who don’t always come perfectly lined up and just so, it didn’t seem wrong to set this off on a slant.
You could say that my pack of Doilies will last forever if I use only this amount on every card. Well yes, it’s a small flash of the pearlized doilie edge that I’ve used here, but it was delicate and just enough. I’ve no idea what that little mark is above the Y of You … I only noticed it when uploading the photo. I wanted it to look like those scallops of doilie had been stitched in place. Small detail, but I hope you like it.
I like to take the theme into the card, by stamping an edge, a corner or something in some way for it to not be left just blank. I thought this enough and love that the colour, Mint Macaron has returned.
Well, I hope you have liked my share with you today. Wherever you are hopping from, thank you for stopping by and perhaps taking the time to leave me a little message. I’d love to know what you think.
Do consider these beautiful bundles before it’s too late and you’re unable to obtain these special freebies. If you’d like to talk through any possible choices or need guidance, I’d be happy to help.
Happy hopping and enjoy as we Share What we Love.
Stunning card Michaela……it’s simple and elegant but also clever….especially the way you’ve used the stitched trim in another way…..Love it!
Thank you Vanessa. I just wanted to make it appear like the little scallops had been stitched on and with an edge of a square stitched sentiment panel before it … it seemed only right x
Love the sweet little details on your card…just makes it so special and unique! Great job!
Thank you so much Connie. I’m so pleased you like the detail x
Sooo cute!! Love your slanty ribbon!
awww Thank you Pip. A subtle quirkiness, but it kind of looked wrong straight x
