A warm welcome to the Stamp ‘n Hop Blog hop where this month we are showcasing the second release of Stampin’ Up! Free Products from the Sale-a-Bration offering. I’m sure Sharon Maranich, who’s in the hop before me, has already shared some wonderful inspiration.
For me, I just had to have a play with the Eclectic Expressions Stamp Set. You can create some fabulously quick and easy cards with these images.
I send out a lot of Thank you cards and so to have a stock of them is a must. Even better when you can create some pretty little cards, effortlessly with a set using Stampin’ Up! Free Products. Who wouldn’t like that?
Sunshine and Rainbows are what we’d like to see right now, and since I couldn’t decide upon a colour to use, a Rainbow effect seemed only right and fitting.
Richard of York gave battle in vain is how I was always taught to remember the colour sequence of a rainbow. ROYGBIV – Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet. Its funny isn’t it the things we remember to help us …. well, remember things.
See what you can create with scraps from your desk? Take a narrow strip of cardstock, the type you were likely to throw away and stamp your sentiment and heat emboss. Embellish your card with the off cuts of sequins and paper doilies and add a few Rhinestones and you’re done. Now imagine this card in your favourite colour as an ombre effect. The possibilities are endless really.
