We are Stamping Sunday and we are sharing our love for Petal Passion and I’m sharing a fancy fold card.
This Fancy Fold Card is one I recently made at my Stamp-a-Stack event. During my All Day Events, I like to add different levels of cards from Quick and Easy to intermediate and advanced.
A card by Conni Richter, one of our European Demonstrators, inspired this card. With a similar layout front to this, that I couldn’t resist but create it as a Fancy Fold Card.
I don’t often use Window Sheet, but wanted an additional layer to be able to freely write, without spoiling the view of the front of the card when stood on a shelf.
It just seems such a shame to write over this panel, as you’d see it through the window sheet. Adding an additional internal panel, allows you to write your message, without spoiling the front look of the card.
Quite a different Fancy Fold card for me, but I really quite like it. I don’t often do monochrome cards, but I think it’s quite striking the black and white with a pop of colour. You could use Watercolour Pencils, Markers or as I did, Stampin’ Blends to colour in the Bird.
Supplies used are listed at the bottom of this post.
I hope you’ll hop around the rest of the Stamping Sunday Design Team to see the inspiration that the others have to share.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Happy Stamping!
