Fresh wild flowers on a summer’s day … a Delightful Daisy if ever there was one. Daisy Chains, bunches of wild flowers growing randomly, a real breathe of fresh air at the lack of uniformity. Who needs precision all the time?
The beautiful Daisy Delight Designer Series Paper by Stampin’ Up! offers just this. Each sheet is absolutely gorgeous and the colours, fresh and every so pretty, that you can use a piece as a background paper and simply add a sentiment to create a quick and easy card.
Here I have coupled the paper with the Thinlits from Lovely Inside & Out and the Layering Oval Framelits. To add interest to the sentiment, I have created this pretty ombre effect to the word friend, out of watercolour paper. I wanted to recreate the ombre effect of the stunning ribbon shown here too.

Just look how beautiful these papers all are … such pretty colours and prints and with some spots and stripes which are also very useable for masculine cards too, this set really is so versatile.
This was a pack of paper that I gave out at my recent All Day Stamp-a-Stack for the ladies to create their stack of 24 cards from. I’ll share these cards with you over the coming week, so you’ll see more of these papers and how they’ve been used.
These gorgeous wooden elements that I’ve used are white on the reverse and so can be inked up to whatever colour you like. I used it here quite simply, but add a highlight by colouring them and you can create a whole different feel. They are just gorgeous.
