Today was a very special Birthday for one of my Team and when you’re celebrating this birthday, it shouldn’t be anything but fabulous!
This person has been keeping this birthday quiet, as many do, so I felt that to reflect this, the card should be subtle in it’s words.
The Watercolour Wings Stamp Set is a firm favourite of this person and so it was an absolute must that I turned to it when making this card. I saw this beautifully creative centrepiece done on the blog of one of our american Demonstrators, Julia Davison and had to give it a go myself.
I decided to leave the inside free from words, to allow for extra space for writing, whilst allowing the butterfly to sing.
I love the simplicity of this card and the fresh colours and I hope that it was not only enjoyed by the recipient, but also that she enjoyed a fabulous day celebrating.
